The first XtreemOS formal review meeting will take place next July 19 and 20, 2007 in Brussels.
This
review is organized to assess the work carried out during the first 12
months of the project (June 2006 - June 2007). The Commission services
(and appointed reviewers/external experts) will mainly examine the
following aspects:
- the degree of fulfilment of the project work plan for the 1st period,
- the degree of fulfilment of the deliverables,
- the necessity of the resources employed by the contractors,
- the management aspects of the project,
- the likelihood to achieve the overall objectives,
- the proposed update of the implementation plan (next 18 months),
- the plan fo using and disseminating the knowlegde.
