The next IST event organized by the European Commission will take place from 21-23 November in Helsinki. One of the main themes will be ICT research objectives and procedures under the new Framework Programme (FP7, 2007-2013). At the same time, the event aims at supporting Europe's innovative potential in developing and rolling out ICTs.
