XtreemOS at Supercomputing 2007

XtreemOS was represented in the INRIA's booth and flyers and goodies were distributed in other XtreemOS partners' booths in SC07: UK e-Science, BSC.


XtreemOS also organized a BOF on Grid Operating Systems.

Duane Merrill from Virginia University and Ron Minnich from Sandia National Laboratory together with Christine Morin (XtreemOS project leader) gave their view on what Grid OS should be and provide. An interesting discussion with the audience followed their presentations.

About 30 persons attended the BOF.

XtreemOS will have its own (small) booth in SC08, that will took place in Austin
(USA) in November 2008.
